We arrive self-contained: our own water, our own power, and a mat under the car that catches everything. What comes off your car leaves with us — no puddle, no runoff into the car park, nothing down a drain that is not ours.
Water wherever we are allowed
This is how we clean by default, because it is the better clean. On private ground — your own driveway, your condo or office car park — we lay the mat and use our own water to float the grit off before anything touches the paint. Every drop is vacuumed up and carried away.
Some places will not allow a rinse, and on a public soi or kerbside the law does not allow our mat on the road at all. There we clean waterless — spray and fresh microfibre, panel by panel. It is for dust and road film only: a car caked in mud always gets the water method, or we move it somewhere we can do that properly. We will not wipe grit across your paint.
The technician decides on arrival, from the ground and the car. Wherever we are allowed to use water, we will — and either way your ground ends up dry.
We do not turn cars away
However dirty the car is, and wherever it is parked, there is a way to clean it. A car caked in site mud, a bay with no room, a soi where a rinse is not allowed — each of those changes how we work. None of them is a reason to say no to you.
If the car is too dirty for the method the place allows, we do not cancel on you. We will ask whether the car can move onto private ground nearby, offer to collect it and bring it back cleaned, or do the lighter clean now and book the full one for somewhere we can do it properly. You choose which.
A car caked in mud, site dust or beach salt takes about an hour longer, so it costs more — ฿100 to ฿300 depending on the package. You choose that when you book, from a picture, so the total you confirm is the total you pay. Nothing is added at the door.

Will waterless scratch my paint? Who is alone with my car? Are you even a registered company yet? Fair questions, all of them. We have written out the long answers rather than the reassuring ones.

Most people choose the quick hello. If you would rather we were never there at all, choose the silent option and we confirm your car by its plate.
Whichever you pick, the technician records the whole car before touching it and again at the end, and signs in under their own name. Recordings are kept 30 days, seen only by us, only if something is questioned. You are never relying on trust alone — and you never have to choose the silent option.
